LinkedIn lists more jobs than we do. Nobody reads them. To use a job board properly you have to open a posting, read the whole description, decide whether it is actually you, and then do it again — across thousands of roles, guessing keywords, because the search only sees titles.
We do that reading. All 5,496 open roles from 277 employers’ own hiring systems, every description in full, against your CV — not against a keyword. Fewer listings than a job board, and far more of them genuinely considered for you than you could get through in a month.
What you are signing up to
- Every description read in full, not searched by keyword
- A keyword search matches titles and misses the role described in the third paragraph. We read the whole of every posting against your whole CV, which is the part of job hunting that does not scale for a person and does for us.
- Read from the employer’s own system, once a day
- Not a job board’s copy of it. We read the hiring software employers actually use, so a role that has closed shows as closed instead of wasting your afternoon.
- We will tell you when not to apply
- Your CV is scored against each role and the verdict is plain — including "don’t bother", with the reason. A product that only ever says yes is a product you cannot use to decide anything.
- A few roles a day, chosen, not a feed
- You get a small deck rather than everything, and it is never padded: if only two roles are worth your time today, you get two and we say so.
- Your CV is read in Europe, and you can take it back
- It is stored in the EU and used to match you and to draft your applications, never sold and never shown to employers without you. Export everything or delete the account whenever you like.
What it is not, yet
- A smaller list than LinkedIn. We only carry what we can read from an employer’s own system and verify is open — and we read all of it against you, which is the trade. If the role you want is at an employer we cannot read yet, we will not have it.
- You will wait. Signing up joins a queue rather than opening the door, and we cannot promise a date.
- We never apply for you. Every application is handed to you to send yourself — copy buttons, never an auto-submit into somebody’s hiring system.
